I love roughly 7 hours away and he drove my new vehicle up my way to make it easier for myself. He also did all the finance paperwork himself and explained every detail thoroughly. We had been emailing and texting back and forth for a few days prior, so it was almost as if meeting up with a friend. Had such a good time with him, that we actually ended up grabbing a bite together before the journey home. Recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. On my first purchase I had no trade and needed a vehicle desperately as I had been in an accident and it was not worth repairing. The first was a 2013 Kia Optima with low mileage. I really enjoyed the vehicle while I had it and it was perfect for my needs at the time. I had a few small issues with little things that Ben promptly took care of under the warranty I purchased. I recently traded the Optima in for a 2015 Toyota Avalon Limited with all the bells and whistles. Matt helped me and was also excellent to work with. Paperwork was processed quickly and I was in and out in less than two hours after test driving a few options. I really enjoy working with this dealership because of their no-hassle pricing and low-pressure sales tactics. They are all genuine people looking to help you find the best vehicle for your needs and financial situation. I never felt that I had to make a purchase I felt uncomfortable with. I also like that they are family owned and operated, so decisions can be made locally to get you the best deal for your needs. Ben is always available to provide the best service and is very prompt with follow-up and options. His team has gone above and beyond by providing me with a loaner vehicle and transportation to and from the dealership while mine was being worked on. I just recently moved to Tampa and am now about three hours from the dealership in Daytona, but I confidently say that when it is time for me to purchase another vehicle, I will make the drive to a Bourne’s to do so.
