My wife and I picked out a car online (Jeep Grand Cherokee) one week prior to driving 1 1/2 hours I want to give a big thanks to Bourne’s Auto Center. My wife and I picked out a car online (Jeep Grand Cherokee) one week prior to driving 1 1/2 hours to go look at it. I was in constant communication with Matt (sales rep) throughout the process. Once we arrived at Bourne’s the Jeep was waiting in front for us. We were greeted by Matt immediately who made us feel welcomed. After a quick browse around the lot we saw a Dodge Durango and loved it. The whole sales process was quick and pleasurable. We were greeted by every member of the team to include the general sales manager and the finance rep. This dealership went above and beyond and definitely superseded our expectations!!! Awesome Service Mathieu was great! He greeted us shortly after we got there, and showed us the car we had gone to see. When we decided against that car, he pointed Mathieu was great! There was no following us around the lot, no trying to force a car on us, no hard sell. It was awesome! Ultimately, that was a huge factor in our purchase. He gave us the help we needed when we asked for it. His customer service was phenominal! Not only would we absolutely recommend this dealership to others, we would strongly recommend Mathieu too. More
