Time Consuming I get my oil changed here ever since I owned my car which was purchased here. My latest oil change took almost 2 hours which is unacceptable. I had an appointment that I was actually early for and they took my car right away. However, I saw many people come in, get service and pay there bill and go after I was waited on yet I was never finished up. Something is wrong with the scheduling priorities for people that actually take the time to make an appointment where they do not get serviced promptly. Not a happy customer. More

Over a multi-year period, and numerous service advisors, they have proven themselves to be very good both technically and customer service-wise. I never feel like I am just a number; I always get a feeling of connection, and that they genuinely care. In addition, I get the feeling that the service advisor is trying to help me as much as they can, not just punch the clock. I also know enough about cars that I would be able to detect less-than-honorable upselling or deceit. That never happens to me at Boucher. They also seem to go farther to ensure my safety. More
