When we first arrived, the salesman came to us right away and was friendly. Thats where the good ends. We waited for at least 2 hours for them to get the paper work ready for us. As we were sitting and waiting, we saw our salesman walk past several times with out even looking at us. Seems like once they new we were going to buy the Denali, they no longer cared we were there. It is a used truck and I know there is risk involved in buying used, but they refused to fix the ABS issue they knew about. Now it's 3 weeks later and I just had to get the vehicle towed home ( I think it's the fuel pump). I will NEVER go back there. More

We felt comfortable with him right away and being that he was so easy going, helped us to relax and therefore making it easier to find what we were looking for. While we were waiting to see Patrick in the Finance Department, we were made comfortable in the waiting area, and everyone was very friendly to us, which again made the waiting easier to do. Patrick took care of the financing part for us. He was friendly and let us know up front what was going on and what he needed from us. He explained everything to us so that we could understand the terms of the loan, and worked well with us to finish up the final paperwork so that we could take our car home that day. Our experience was that of feeling very important to them although there were many other people around looking at cars, etc. we felt that we mattered and that is how they were treating everyone, and that is what keeps us coming back. People who know what they are doing, and who keep you abreast of what is happening and who treat you as if you really matter to them, that you aren't just numbers on an invoice, but that you are real people, that is what you will find at Boucher Chevrolet Waukesha. One thing I did want to say about the Service Department is that they are really good, they know there business, they keep us informed when they are working on our vehicles, and let us know upfront what kind of cost we are looking at and we have been very satisfied with them. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him in the last year, I went back because I was so impressed with the service we received th Monty. In purchasing my new vehicle their were a few items that they agreed to do to the vehicle after my purchase. This is when I dealt with Ted Mansell in the service department. I was so impressed by the service I received and how prompt he handled everything. I am a customer for life because of these two individuals! Could not be happier with the service I have received at Boucher Chevy of Waukesha!!!!!! More
I've taken my car here a few times for some simple repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or pick it up, I stood there waiting for way too long. At one point, I was standing right in front of two employees who were chatting about after-work plans. When I said "Excuse me," I got a look like I was rudely interrupting them. I can understand one bad day, but I've gotten this kind of attitude every time I've walked in there. Friendly customer service does not seem like it's a priority. I'm fine with the work they do, but I think I'll take my money somewhere where I'm not treated like an annoyance. More
My son worked with Julie Austin 2 years ago(at a different dealership). It was such a positive experience that when I started looking for a new car, I wanted to give my business to Julie. I knew that Julie had been transfered to another dealarship. I called the cell number on Julie's old business card. I was very pleased to find out that Julie was still selling cars. One week after making that phone call, I drove away from Boucher Cheverolet with my 2011 Chevy Malibu. Julie listens to what you are looking for. She works hard to make you a satisfied customer. I never felt pressured into buying a car I did not want. When I need my next car, I will call Julie first. I will also recommend Julie to anyone looking for a used or new car or truck. More
The reason "Why" I would not buy from this Dealership is that they ran 5 credit reports from 5 different banks on me for a $7000.00 loan, lowering my Beacon score. This dealer is AWFUL. All car dealers suck and we know it but this one ripped me off big time, wouldnt admit it and refused to do anything about it. We were going to purchase a used car from Boucher. All the paper work was done and they even took all of our stuff out of our trade. At the last minute they said they could not finance the car. They were asking too much for it for what it was worth. We left there and went to Hall Mazda. We ended up buying a brand new 2008 Mazda 6 that day. I used to take my Trailblazer there for service, but I refuse to go back. I will go to Horter in Mukwonago even though it is farther. I will never go back to Boucher. They are ranked the best Chevy dealer in Waukesha because they are the only Chevy dealer in Waukesha. More
Went to buy new pickup after shopping at local dealers in Appleton area. Appleton dealers couldn't come close to price of Milwaukee dealers. Knew what I wanted so I talked to salesman who told me they had t Appleton area. Appleton dealers couldn't come close to price of Milwaukee dealers. Knew what I wanted so I talked to salesman who told me they had the exact truck with every option I wanted in stock and ready to go (even faxed over the window sticker!) I drove the 100 miles down there and when I arrived they explained that the truck was at their dealership in Racine and the Racine dealer didn't want to trade them for anything the Waukesha dealer had in stock (evidently dealers trade inventory rather than actually exchanging cash?!?) My options were to take what the Waukesha dealer had on their lot or to drive the extra miles to Racine. Problem was that Racine wouldn't give me the same price as Waukesha quoted. I asked how he faxed me the window sticker if he didn't have the vehicle. Come to find out, the vehicle WAS in fact at Waukesha, they just tried jacking up the price by saying it was at another dealer and it would cost more! When I went to sign the papers, they tried to slip by that the invoice for the vehicle was actually higher than the sticker price! (I am not trying to buy the first Ford GT that ever came to town).Needless to say I ddn't buy anything from that franchise at any location! More
