Absolute worst experience I have ever had a dealership. Then told me there was a "bug" in the system. Hmm, maybe call people who have appointments and let them know that it is not going to work? not only this, but he preceded to make it seem like MY fault for not calling to confirm. He had such a condescending attitude toward me, like I was stupid. Why would I call to confirm when I had already gotten e-mail confirmation from them? All he could do is "try to squeeze me in within the next couple days" So I can drive another hour and deal with this horrible service again? I don't think so. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service- and my car is still broken! More

This is the third time we have turned to Julie for a car purchase and each time we have been treated so wonderfully. We had a fine experience at Boucher. We had been looking for a less expensive used car for my new-driver son all over town, and Boucher had the largest selection in our price range. Julie was friendly and helpful and worked with us to help us select a car among several. (My son test drove three or four I think.) Bill the finance guy (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) found a loan for us even though the car was 14 years old. He was very good at explaining all the ins and outs of our contract and what we'd need for insurance and so forth. Most importantly, we ended up with a car that satisfies my needs as a parent (big and safe, a decent deal) and my son's (he loves driving it and thinks it's cool, and his girlfriend and friends like it too). Overall a highly positive experience at Boucher. They had just what we wanted and the purchasing process was smooth and effective. More

The problem was not Jerry's fault. I purchased a car that was certified used. I had returned a lease vehicle (with another full year on the warranty) in order to look for a 4 door car. I had no proble that was certified used. I had returned a lease vehicle (with another full year on the warranty) in order to look for a 4 door car. I had no problem keeping the 2 door but just wanted to look. I told Jerry that the warranty was important to me and to help me find one with a warranty. We found a 4 door cobalt that fit all my criteria. Same monthly cost, warranty, and 4 doors. I purchased the car and went on my way. A few weeks in the front right speaker stopped working. I took the car back later that summer to get it fixed (I had called Jerry right away and he said I could bring it in anytime in the next year because I had the warranty). When they said it was fixable i was told it would cost 300 dollars. The used car manager then told me I didnt have the super special stamp they use to show it was a certified used car. They offered to fix it for free but that I still would not have a warranty. I was upset but whatever. Now recently I had to replace the entire front end (at 55,000 miles). At a cost of 1100 dollars. This is the last time I will go to Boucher in Waukesha. More

He had to call me to see where things were at. He was overall friendly and interested in my business. However, Pat M. who I dealt with regarding the financing told me that I would not get a better deal on the vehicle's price and interest rate (7.43%) due to the credit inquires from my vehicle shopping. He also suggested that I may not be able to afford the vehicle. This was all after I stated I wanted to browse other prices when I was approved for financing. Well, I went to Braeger Chevrolet (27th St.) and paid $1000 less for same vehicle and my interest rate was 1.9%. There was also no unfriendly attitude at Braeger! Skip Boucher and go to Braeger! More
