Their customer services delivery is out of the world & you don't teach this in Bussiness school. Boston Volvo Service & Adam will not over price you & will work on parts that need to be fix. The operative word is Need. And they will recommend parts you might want to take a look at. They have great alternative transportation system in case you need a loaner. The BEST services team. I had a Mercedes S 500 & was getting service at a Mercedes delearship & my honest opinion Mercedes services delivery has a lot work to do. Especially know the population they serve. Great Dealership and great contact in Myles Trucci!!! I was looking for a 2010 Volvo S80 with low miles for my son to drive. I have one myself and wanted a safe reliable car for him as he is a new driver. I was looking for a 2010 Volvo S80 with low miles for my son to drive. I have one myself and wanted a safe reliable car for him as he is a new driver. I contacted Myles Trucci at Boston Volvo Village regarding a car I saw advertised on Car Gurus. Myles was very helpful though the entire process. He was professional and explained everything is a transparent manner that was fair. He said it would be fine for me to take the car to my mechanic if I wanted to have it checked out (in contrast to another dealership in CT that I called). He provided me not only a complete Carfax report but also a "RO" or repair order, showing me everything the dealership had done to the car to make it safe and reliable to drive ($1,500 worth or work including 60K service). I already knew I had a great price based on Kelly Blue Book and he made the transaction very easy. I drove up to the dealership 2 days later on a Saturday and in 10 minutes competed the necessary paperwork to buy the car. Since the RMV was closed that time of day for car registration the dealership registered the car for me the following Monday and Myles delivered the car to my doorstep (an hour away) after he had finished work. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and about Myles in particular. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used Volvo!! More
