Takes advantage of senior citizens Paid for a oil change and tire rotation did not rotate the tires but charges for them. My grandfather noticed after driving 40 miles back home called Paid for a oil change and tire rotation did not rotate the tires but charges for them. My grandfather noticed after driving 40 miles back home called and told Frank just tell Damian give me a free oil change next time he came in bc the mechanic forgot it happens no big deal. Damian proceeded to call both grandparents act a xxx and try to back step saying it was done. When both mechanic and Frank said the mechanic forgot to do it. Never offered a refund just to drive another 49 miles there fix there mess up and drive another 40 miles home. My grandfather buys a new truck every 2-4 years and he won't be buying Bob Rorhman again! The service is more worried what team can con the most service out of people. More

Very pleasant The facility is very clean and accommodating. The people were friendly and professional. I didn’t even have to brave the cold. A garage door opened allowing me to drive into a heated room next to a desk. After, taking my name, I was seated in a room with refreshments (free) and a television. Upon leaving the car was facing the exit door inside the heated room. It doesn’t get much better. More
