I do have some credit challenges and they were able to get me done below 21% that I was told at other dealerships I would have to have. I am very happy with the hoops they jumped through to make a deal happen for me. More
I, Rebecca Rhynes, bought a 2019 Kia Forte’ from Boomer Kia in January of 2020. It came with a three-year, 75,000 mile warranty that is extensive and covers both the transmission and the engine. In Decembe Kia in January of 2020. It came with a three-year, 75,000 mile warranty that is extensive and covers both the transmission and the engine. In December of 2022, with less than 70,000 miles and close to two full months before my warranty was up, I took my Kia Forte’ in to Boomer Kia’s service department to find out why my RPM’s were racing up to 4,000 but it wouldn’t “catch” to actually make the car move. It also was running horribly. Once taking it to Boomer Kia’s service department, it took over two weeks to get a final answer as to what was wrong with my fairly new car. Lawson, the service manager, finally called me and said that my transmission had a fatal error and would be replaced completely under the warranty. He also stated my engine needed close to $4,000 worth of work but that they would not be covering this because they believed the problems were due to my lack of doing oil changes. I assured them my oil changes were done within the recommended timeframe, just not done by the dealership or any oil change companies that report to CarFax and that was what their decision was based upon. And that they saw “sludge” in the engine they believe could have caused the problem. After trying to come up with $3,550+ to fix the engine, finally I was able to request my Indian Tribe help me pay for it, and they did! Once it was fixed, three weeks later and $3,550+ paid, I was able to drive my car for approximately 30 days when my engine had a catastrophic failure….again! Basically a piston BROKE and their only recommendation is to replace the engine at $7,500! At this point, the engine failure cannot be blamed on supposed engine sludge, as they cleaned all of that out! But, of course, they still will not replace the engine that was always a bad engine and was never my fault, while it was still under warranty. They need to replace my engine as they did my transmission so I can have my car back! DON’T BUY A KIA!!! More
This is my second car I have purchased from this dealership but things didn't go good at all this time and I will never be back again and I hope others heed this morning before they get suckered in dealership but things didn't go good at all this time and I will never be back again and I hope others heed this morning before they get suckered in as well! Bought, signed and traded in my current vehicle for a more efficient gas vehicle. Almost a month later Boomer Kia calls me and says I have to bring my new vehicle back and take my old one back because they are going to have to pay to much to pay off my old note! xxx? Is this how they run there business? My credit dropped 114 points during this because a payment was not made during this time while they were supposed to be paying the old car loan off! Just be warned about this place they are suckering people everyday! That car salesman needs to learn a new job skill and put it to use elsewhere because it's not working out to good for him there but on the other hand from the looks of the other reviews he's not the only salesman that acts this way and apparently the GM is okay with it because this is a ongoing problem for years now it looks like!!!!! They absolutely refuse to let you purchase online and have it delivered. Expect your APR to be double what their online pre-approval tool shows, also expect them to price gouge you for an extra $5,000. have it delivered. Expect your APR to be double what their online pre-approval tool shows, also expect them to price gouge you for an extra $5,000. They will also offer a "free" warranty to "make up for the adjusted price", but will charge you for a warranty instead. Don't expect any communication after the sale either, they won't return a phone call or reply to an email. The owner still hasn't responded with any kind of resolution ether. More

The sales managers and the GM are horrible. Only 1 good employee there and that’s Chris. I wouldn’t recommend. I was a returning customer. Still bought. It was like pulling teeth though. Found out they got over on me $2700 on my trade price too. Very irritated. More
