Eddie is the worst salesman and lied to me more than anyone has in my entire life. I don’t think he told the truth once to me that day. He lied about everything. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO GO TO FINANCE AND GET NUMBERS. He sits back there and laughs about how he’s about to screw you over. It is their tactic to keep you there as long as possible so you get desperate to leave and will sign any deal. Any deal he offers can and will be beat by Kalidy Kia. They will also not lie to you. Their finance guy will be honest if you can afford it or not. Kalidy Kia does not try to screw your over and WILL NOT lie. Eddie even lies about window tinting. He says HE has a friend that tints windows. It’s not his friend the whole dealership uses them. He even lied about that. Which doesn’t even matter if it’s his friend or not. He just wanted to throw another lie in there. He did this to a disabled veteran and took high advantage of me. Please support a veteran who was taken advantage of and go somewhere else. Boomer Kia prides in hiring people like Eddie who screw veterans over and over and over again. Kalidy Kia or anywhere where Eddie does not work. Eddie takes advantage of anyone who does not know what they are doing. He is the biggest lliar by far I promise. He will mark the car up or take money off of your trade in. Anything to get an extra dollar in his pocket. The most dishonest salesman ever. More

The salesman Eddie is a bold faced liar. 2 years ago I was taken advantage of and ruined my life being stuck with a car. While I was at the dealership I found out I lost my job and wante 2 years ago I was taken advantage of and ruined my life being stuck with a car. While I was at the dealership I found out I lost my job and wanted to leave since I did not have a job any longer and did not want to add a payment. Eddie would not give me my keys back when I asked. Instead he teamed up with the finance guy who was also a liar. He asked me why I wanted to leave and I said I just lost my job. The finance guy made me feel bad by asking “after all the the work Eddie did and now you want to back out.” That is the most horrible thing a finance guy can say to me after I just lost my job and wanted to leave because I had no income. I want both of those guys fired and food to come off their table like what has happened to me for 2 years. I want money out of each of their pockets into mine and their jobs to be lost. I want them to go hungry for taking advantage of me and lying through the whole process. They gave me hush money right after but that does not fix the situation. It actually shows that they know they were wrong. I will not stop and I will not be quiet until the dealership is closed and both Eddie and the finance guy are jobless and hungry. I want nothing but the worst for those 2 and to see them suffer. The place deserves to be closed down. The service department also would not fix a rattling sound that I have in the car. I have to wedge something in the cracks to stop the noise. This is the absolute sorriest excuse for a dealership that exists. More

Drove 2 and a half hours to get a vehicle. I came knowing what I wanted and had informed the salesman for an appointment time. I got to the financing portion and after I made a large down paym I came knowing what I wanted and had informed the salesman for an appointment time. I got to the financing portion and after I made a large down payment they immediately told me they couldn't do the agreed on monthly payment and would have to raise it by 45 dollars per month. I should have demanded my money back and got up and left but i didn't. The vehicle wasn't cleaned and ive already started pulling crayons and other items from the previous owners out from the car. I had to ask for them to fill the vehicle up with gas because when we test drove it it had 15 miles until empty and they couldn't fill my vehicle with gas before I left (which i waited an additional 30 minutes for) because they couldnt find a gas card and I got 1 key fob for a family vehicle....I mean come on what family runs off 1 key fob? I probably could have wrote off the gas issue if they had given me a second key but when i asked about a second one i was told thats all they had. They were polite initially but I felt a lack of motivation and care to actively satisfy a customer. More
Bought a wonderful pre-owned vehicle and a great price. I was done right and given some great options to choose from. I do have some credit challenges and they were able to get me done below 21% that I was I was done right and given some great options to choose from. I, Rebecca Rhynes, bought a 2019 Kia Forte’ from Boomer Kia in January of 2020. It came with a three-year, 75,000 mile warranty that is extensive and covers both the transmission and the engine. In December of 2022, with less than 70,000 miles and close to two full months before my warranty was up, I took my Kia Forte’ in to Boomer Kia’s service department to find out why my RPM’s were racing up to 4,000 but it wouldn’t “catch” to actually make the car move. It also was running horribly. Once taking it to Boomer Kia’s service department, it took over two weeks to get a final answer as to what was wrong with my fairly new car. Lawson, the service manager, finally called me and said that my transmission had a fatal error and would be replaced completely under the warranty. He also stated my engine needed close to $4,000 worth of work but that they would not be covering this because they believed the problems were due to my lack of doing oil changes. I assured them my oil changes were done within the recommended timeframe, just not done by the dealership or any oil change companies that report to CarFax and that was what their decision was based upon. And that they saw “sludge” in the engine they believe could have caused the problem. After trying to come up with $3,550+ to fix the engine, finally I was able to request my Indian Tribe help me pay for it, and they did! Once it was fixed, three weeks later and $3,550+ paid, I was able to drive my car for approximately 30 days when my engine had a catastrophic failure….again! Basically a piston BROKE and their only recommendation is to replace the engine at $7,500! At this point, the engine failure cannot be blamed on supposed engine sludge, as they cleaned all of that out! But, of course, they still will not replace the engine that was always a bad engine and was never my fault, while it was still under warranty. They need to replace my engine as they did my transmission so I can have my car back! DON’T BUY A KIA!!! More
