I will always use this dealer for any work I need done! I have had many cars and most have been great - but this dealer's service department far surpasses all service departments that I have worked with. I had a part that was recalled - I did not buy my car from them and don't live in the town of Melbourne, but my parents do so I took my car there. Wow am I glad I did - they took care of the part - noticed I had an additional recall and took immediate care of it - not to mention "Kevin" went far beyond expectation by following up and making sure I was happy with the service. He was easy to understand, took the time to explain clearly what I needed, and made sure that the repair was done in a timely manner - also this is the cleanest my car has ever been. Whoever the gentleman is that is cleaning the cars is amazing. I have been there 3 times and my car is spotless when he cleans it!
