She kept me informed periodically on the status of my service. I spoke with a sales rep as I was waiting for my service to be completed, and he was extremely friendly as well. We had a nice conversation about the cars in the showroom, and didn't mind at all about me asking him questions even though he knew I wasn't in there for a purchase. I will certainly seek him out when I am ready for a trade-in. My only disappointment was in the free car wash. The car was still dirty, but wet when I got it back. It wasn't even dried off properly. In my opinion it looked like it was sprayed with water, and not washed. More
