Let's start with Sales Consultant Sandi, informed, professional and thorough. Sandi patiently worked every scenario to try and narrow our search by explaining every tiny detail for every car we considered. Once we did get word of approval, she very patiently explained every feature in the car and sometimes twice. Her knowledge of car sales is her craft and not one that is forced for a quick sale or commission. You can see she is passionate about solving your situation and placing you in the right car for 'you' not just for a quota. Now, putting it simple for a number of reasons my credit was awful. Jerome optimistically and tenaciously worked my credit application, getting me approved while I was getting denied by everyone else. I actually called to end my search, thinking I would have to go to a - Buy here pay here. After a few days of waiting I got the call.... Not only was I approved for a car, but a new car.
