Bonifece holds the Fort on the Kia Forte Last week i decided to turn on the TV and saw a commercial where AJ Hiers and his team where offering Warranty forever on the new 2019 Kia Models. I w Last week i decided to turn on the TV and saw a commercial where AJ Hiers and his team where offering Warranty forever on the new 2019 Kia Models. I was sitting on a messed up payment for a supposed “certified used” 2012 Honda Accord i had acquired in NYC 3 years ago. Well i was not only dissapointed with the quality of that car but mostly i was very mad at the length of warranty and terrible service offered on that dealership. Fast forward i am now being greeted by a effervescent team in Sunny Melbourn FL at Boniface Hiers Kia dealership. One foot out the car and i meet the legendary Terry. I began to tell Terry my woes and he very quickly put options on the table for me . I almost left without a deal but it was my 80 yr old Mom who came to my rescue. You see I really need a car to get me and my Family around especially in a state where we just moved into but my credit is atrocious. With my Moms help i took what little i had saved and traded my Honda for a 2019 Kia Forte ! Barry at the finance Department is a shark with the banks and not only gave is options and advice but he did so in such a way we could understand and leave satisfied that our new car would be taken care of in case of an unfortunate situation. By the way if Terry tells you to talk about the Dog portrait in Barrys office please do but its not Barrys dog LOL !! talk that Detroit talk and Barry softens up like a bar of Irish butter in the Sun. The whole staff was Kind and especially nice to my Mom and very accommodating to my family. Boniface has plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable wether your are waiting for service of waiting on your NEW CAR. The only unfortunate thing was my cars air conditioning was not fully charged at the plant and that irritated me but in no way is this a reflection of the dealership. The service department has a young energetic Brianna to handle your needs and get you on the road quickly. Brianna exemplifies Customer Service. I live in Kissimmee FL and whenever i need another car i will waste no time in checking out the Boniface Hiers team in Melbourne FL to see to it i get the best bang for my buck. More

I can not emphasize how floored I was with our experience! Sandi went ABOVE and BEYOND making my daughters first car surprise very special. Right down to helping us fool her with a fake test drive with a not so desirable car (lol the look on my daughters face was priceless) to putting balloons on the 2017 Kia Forte. Sandi took the time to set up the bluetooth for Alani and explained every bell and whistle to her. As a mother, she was sensitive to the importance of a safe car. In fact, we mentioned a different car and she refused to show us because it didn't meet Sandi's safety requirements. Trust me, go to Sandi! You will not be disappointed!!!!! LOVE HER!! Thanks Sandi!
