Took a car to get serviced and bought a new car I brought in my 2017 Kia Forte to get serviced, and Tiger was so helpful and took the time to really look at my car. I had taken my car in previous I brought in my 2017 Kia Forte to get serviced, and Tiger was so helpful and took the time to really look at my car. I had taken my car in previously to Hollywood Kia but they brushed me off. Tiger told me that my car did need to be serviced, and it may take a couple of days. So, he provided a loaner car for me, which was a 2019 Kia Forte. While driving the new loaner car, I was very impressed with the new model and gadgets in the 2019 Kia Forte. When I went to pick-up my car, I expressed to Tiger that I would be interested in the new 2019 Kia Forte. Tiger promised me that someone would follow up my request. I had not even gotten home yet and Sandy called me to see if she could assist me. Sandy made an appointment with me for the next day. My husband I went in to see what could be offered to us the next day. Since we already had a car only a year old and payed off, buying a car was not an urgency. However, we found Sandy to be the most knowledgeable and helpful sales person we have ever done business with. My husband thinks he is real car buff, and he found Sandy to be just as much as one as he is. She knows everything about the motor, gadgets, and performance of the car. She also takes the added time to make sure you as the buyer understand all the gadgets to your car. Technology is not my strong suit; however, Sandy took over an hour and half to give me a tutorial over my new gadgets in my car. She even told me come back if I did not understand how something works. Needless to say, we bought a car from Sandy ,and then the next day my husband bought a car from her too. We both did not need a new car, yet with Sandy's assistance we felt secure and confident when we purchased our vehicles. It all started out with Tiger's exceptional customer service to Sandy's knowledgable assistance that made our experience at Kia Boniface-Heirs such an excellent one. Usually buying a car is a dreaded event, but we found it to be the most joyful and positive experience. I would highly recommend Kia Boniface-Heirs dealership.
