OMG!!!!! I dont know where to start. I guess at the top. I get this letter in the mail saying I have been Pre Approved for a certain amount towards a car. I I dont know where to start. I figure there is no way this is gonna happen, but what the heck lemme check out the website and see what they have. Then a very nice chat agent Brie hits me up and asks a few questions very personable, polite and professional. Makes an appointment for the next day for me. I was late she called to check to see that all was ok. Get to the dealership and am greeted by the Mike the manager, very nice guy. Then we get to the salesman. Ron Wilcox. Fantastic guy, Great people skills and a great asset to the company over all. He asked me a few questions, I answered, he went to the finance guy Matt. Came back with a deal and we did it. Then there is Matt. I do not know how he did it but he got me into a new car. Matt was as professional as they come. Both guys worked together and I am pretty sure I wasn't even at the dealership for more than 2 hours. I would recommend to any and all for purchasing a car to go here More

Promise one thing and then take it back I have heard of all good things about this dealership and thought this would be awesome I was so wrong. Most the time when I had my car serviced the I have heard of all good things about this dealership and thought this would be awesome I was so wrong. Most the time when I had my car serviced there has been an issue. I have to follow up on the errors they make and they make it seem I mistaking of their work, no return calls or answers to my emails. Promise one thing and denied that promise when it comes time to use the service and this has happened more than once. I am extremely disappointed on the treatment that I just received on my last service is why I am writing this review. It's time to find another dealership that I can have confidence in. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. I wished I could have written a good review, however the lack of courtesy to their customer, myself, was not acceptable. More
