Appreciative 4/27/19 I had been searching for a used car for 3 days. On the 4th day I had my list of places to visit, and I was willing to travel 60 miles or more to make I had been searching for a used car for 3 days. My sales agent Steve was extremely attentive, easy to relate with (he broke it down), gracious, and polite, with a touch of good humor! Magical! Extraordinary! I real dream come true!!!! After struggling with my credit for so long, knowing it was still very low and impossible to be approved for a $200 credit card limit let alone a used After struggling with my credit for so long, knowing it was still very low and impossible to be approved for a $200 credit card limit let alone a used car for decent, affordable payments, I still came by to see Sandi to see if she could help. I must say, I would have been happy with a pre-used, good conditioned vehicle... BUT Sandi! She had not only my needs and interest at heart, but my children's as well!!! I don't know how she did it or what she did but she was just absolutely AMAZING. I walked out with a 2019 Sorento, for a reasonable price, affordable payments, lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission, and additional bonus warranties that will help for a decent time into the future. This is officially the first NEW car I have ever owned and I can't imagine being happier with ANY other vehicle. I feel safe for my children and myself in our new vehicle, something I haven't felt in a long time with the 19 and 21 year old cars I've been driving. I feel so safe that I was able to take the vehicle to a 5K that I ran on the opposite side of town!! 150 miles one way, I had no worries of my vehicle overheating, breaking down, tires going out, brakes grinding, etc, unlike my experiences with previous vehicles I've owned. Myself and my children are forever grateful for Sandi and I will definitely be sending everyone I know her way! She will also be getting random visits AND cards every holiday from us!
