Unexpected Surprise The day I went into the Kia dealership I was actually just going to order parts. But this day ended up being a little bit better. I walked into the service department and just wanted to ask about my "Warranty Forever" plan, and order parts. Mr. Kevin explained the plan, as well as offered the "Black Friday" special that was going on that day (something I had no idea about). I agreed it was a good idea to get it done. So I was also able to talk with Steve about ordering parts, his knowledge with the cars made it quick and painless. And then while waiting it was a pleasure to speak with the wonderful Ms. Alyssa about her Kia Soul and other topics. This bunch was a great deal of fun to work with. And I will gladly go back here anytime. Great job you guys (and girls)!! More
