The dealership and the service workers are very easy to work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair work with. They are kind. However. the maintenance is far overpriced and literally a sham. My vehicle was in the bay for nearly 3 hours for a repair that took less than half an hour. I realize that the maintenance chart may say that the repair is a 2.5 hour repair. But you should be aware that people's time is valuable and not rob them of their time as well as their money. More

I recently gave them a bad review and I just deleted it ( it did say it may take a day to come off the actual page) but I am changing my review. This company is a blessing! It was a plastic piece that goes on the bottom of the door. I went in to see if it would be covered under warranty. I was told that Nissan didn’t cover it. I spoke to the general manager, Bruce. I explained the problem and in return he explained how the process works with Nissan and warranties. He said their company believes in the duty of good faith and he wanted to make it right so he fixed my car himself. It meant so much to me that he just took the time to listen and hear me out. It means even more that they genuinely care about their customers and value their opinions. More
