Scheduled appointments do not seem to be well organized. Outside of that the service was fair and the technicians were skilled. I was able to speak with the tech and he suggested I come back the following week because he had too much work. Scheduled an appointment for July 15th as a place holder then later that evening I was able to change the appointment on line to July 1st and received my appointment confirmation. I arrived early and the service advisor told me they were not expecting me and the technician was not available. I rescheduled for the following day, arrived early and was told a front end alingment will take about 90 minutes but was told it was based on the availability of the tech who was not there yet. After an hour of my car still sitting in the service lane I had to leave. I called at 5pm for an update and was told the tech did not get to my car. This continued for several days where the tech was unable to get to my car despite having an appointment. Realizing it was a holiday week I was patient and called for updates once a day usually around lunch. It wasn't until 7 business days later that I was able to speak with the tech doing the work. He apologized and stated he was over booked and was just getting to my car. Once speaking with the tech we had everything figured out on the 10th and I had my car back on July 11th. Technician was more than willing to do the work and do it correctly. My concern is with the service center and their lack of communication as well as issues managing scheduled appointments. From start to finish it took 8 business days before I had my car back for what was supposed to be a 90 minute wait for a front end alignment. More
Now entering my third week since I dropped my vehicle off for repair. They took my money, but did not repair the vehicle. The worst service and experience ever at a car dealership. The salesman and finance manager messed up the paperwork and had me sign for a car that I was not interested in. I drove home the vehicle dealership. The salesman and finance manager messed up the paperwork and had me sign for a car that I was not interested in. I drove home the vehicle I originally thought I had purchased for 1 month before the salesman called me back to the dealership and informed me the paperwork was signed for another car with a different VIN that was still parked on the sales floor. They told me I had no choice but to take the car I did not want back home and there was nothing they could do to help change the VIN number they messed up. I would not recommend this dealership because I was driving a car that was unregistered and uninsured for 1 month before someone noticed something was not right. Additionally they lost the second pair of keys to the second vehicle and had me come in multiple times to the dealership, Lastly the service department was attempted to make me pay for the programming for the second key they lost. Awful service. I took my car in for a check engine light and I approved repairs for $630. When I picked up my car, the light came back on almost immediately. I took the car back and their procedure is for the same technician to see the car, but he was out, followed by the service advisor being off. I never received a call on the status of my repair, so I called the service department daily to get a status of my vehicle, but continually got the response that they were backed up with work. After a week, they said they didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle so they recommended a NEW ENGINE for almost $9000. To add injury to insult, they tried charging me a second diagnostic fee... for doing nothing and wasting my time! This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a dealership service department. More
