The service rep I interacted with this time just plain didn't care about me or her job. She may have uttered 11 words to me in our entire interaction, she just seemed to be in a terrible mood, and I was o didn't care about me or her job. I went to get a diagnostic for my car and the price for it was supposed to be $175 but because I denied to get my car to get fixed there, I assume they tried to rip me off and up charge me $290. I took my truck for 20,000 miles service, a mirror was broken by an employee, the car was returned to me 2 days later and the service that I had originally requested wasn't done, when I picked up the vehi broken by an employee, the car was returned to me 2 days later and the service that I had originally requested wasn't done, when I picked up the vehicle I asked a the service person "Sonia" if everything was done, she replied yes, when my husband got in the car it didn't have a stiker on the windshield for next service due date we asked her about it, she replied she didn't know why it wasn't one, it was Friday at close of Business, on Monday morning my husband check the oil and the truck didn't have any oil meaning the oil stick came back dried, I went to the dealership and ask for the paperwork she got on the computer called her supervisor and pointed at something on the computer I asked if everything was okay and she replied that she needed to talk to the service person that the ticket needed to be closed, she came back to tell me that they didn't preformed the requested service, they came to pick up my truck from my house and at the end of the dat she called me that the truck was ready but the paper work wasn't so I told her that I want picking up tye car until she cloud hand me the papers showing the work done, the kept the vehicle for a total of 4 days, it's the worst service and I don't recommend any one buying a vehicle from them.
