My experience comes directly from the service center: I preface this with Aliksander was good to work with in resolving my car issues. He was patient with me, and explained what he could and couldn't I preface this with Aliksander was good to work with in resolving my car issues. He was patient with me, and explained what he could and couldn't do for me throughout the process of my car being in the shop for a month. Mind you I went in for 35,000 mile service and left out needing an entire new transmission. Luckily, this was covered under warranty so I didn't have to come out of pocket. I appreciate that aspect from GM & Chevy. However, when I had issues with my plates and Aliksander elevated me to his manager to see how we could remedy the situation, wasn't a fan of him not knowing the policy for GM's rental reimbursement program nor making an effort to find out, as a manager. Alik knew though. Overall, good to work with Aliks, and while I'm aware there's tons of cars to monitor, I'd love to be called periodically to know the progress of my car. I had to call to find out each time. Thank you to the great work by the mechanic, my car is riding smooth now! More

First of all Alix is great. Fixing my car not so much. I spent $2,500 on having my vehicles front end fixed, come to find out, while I was driving down the highway with my famil Fixing my car not so much. I spent $2,500 on having my vehicles front end fixed, come to find out, while I was driving down the highway with my family, the vehicle pulled to the left erratically, leaving me to have to steer the vehicle to the right. I have brand new tires and I cannot imagine that is good for the tires of vehicle. Most I was offered was a potential future discount. I have spent multiple hours out of my very busy work day to deal with an issue that should have been fixed properly from the start. More

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They lie SO they can’t even keep their lies straight.
