I had a frustrating experience with the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of department at Bomnin Chevrolet. After dropping off my car, I would wait days without any updates on its status. When I finally called to check in, it felt like my concerns were an afterthought. They didn’t seem to have looked at my car until several days later, which only added to my frustration. Despite my efforts to be patient and understanding, they failed to fix the problem. It’s disappointing to feel like my time have been wasted. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. More

I was charged 200 dollars for an oil change and was told you’ll don’t do tire rotations on the Duallys. Sad! you’ll don’t do tire rotations on the Duallys. Sad! More

My experience comes directly from the service center: I preface this with Aliksander was good to work with in resolving my car issues. He was patient with me, and explained what he could and couldn't I preface this with Aliksander was good to work with in resolving my car issues. He was patient with me, and explained what he could and couldn't do for me throughout the process of my car being in the shop for a month. Mind you I went in for 35,000 mile service and left out needing an entire new transmission. Luckily, this was covered under warranty so I didn't have to come out of pocket. I appreciate that aspect from GM & Chevy. However, when I had issues with my plates and Aliksander elevated me to his manager to see how we could remedy the situation, wasn't a fan of him not knowing the policy for GM's rental reimbursement program nor making an effort to find out, as a manager. Alik knew though. Overall, good to work with Aliks, and while I'm aware there's tons of cars to monitor, I'd love to be called periodically to know the progress of my car. I had to call to find out each time. Thank you to the great work by the mechanic, my car is riding smooth now! More
