I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas, VA. I brought my car in for service because of a check engine light that was on and was from the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas, VA. I brought my car in for service because of a check engine light that was on and was promised a 2-3 day turnaround time by the service advisor. It has now been 6 days and I have not received any communication or updates about the status of my vehicle. When I called today to inquire about my car, the service advisor showed no sense of urgency or concern for the delay. She nonchalantly informed me that my car had not even been looked at because they are short-staffed and behind schedule. It is unacceptable that she did not care to give me a follow-up call last week to inform me of the delay. This lack of communication and poor customer service has greatly inconvenienced me, as my van is essential for my work and the delay is causing me to lose money. I expected better treatment and professionalism from a reputable dealership like Bomnin Chevrolet. I am thoroughly disappointed! More
They had my car for a week and I would call every day and leave messages and they would call me back and they charged me 192 dollars and they made me feel bad that they didn't know what the light was. My service advisor was nowhere to be found and they took 3hrs when they promised 1hr and all I needed was key cut and programmed. I had the worst experience with this dealership. Not to make a long story short but an oil change took 4 hours and they did not even honor the coupon on their site. The coupon was for a oil change and tire rotation which I showed Abel Urias the service advisor. They never called me to tell my truck was ready and when I asked if the tire rotation was done he stated that I booked an appointment for only oil change that's after the fact when I dropped my truck off and showed him the coupon and verbally communicated with him. He says if you have time "man" you can wait. 4 hours for an oil change is way to long. On top of that it's very unprofessional to call a customer man. I find it disrespectful. I will be giving my money to a different Chevy dealership and I will posting my complaint on BBB since they didn't honor what they posted on their website. More

Worst experience ever. This was the first time I have ever taken my vehicle to a dealership to get anything fixed. And Bominin Service made sure that this will be the last This was the first time I have ever taken my vehicle to a dealership to get anything fixed. After setting up an appointment for a Monday…Dropping the vehicle off early (the previse Friday) and allowing them to keep the vehicle for whole week…They still did not complete the repairs until I had to call back to back to back to back and speaking to a manager serval times (I’m not going to even go into the amount of times I was told “let me go and check and I’ll give you a call back” or “Let me take your information down and I’ll have someone give you a call”…do you think I was given a call back…NEVER). With the service center taking so long to complete the repairs, this put myself and my family in a real bind being down a vehicle. I not only had to take off of work, the family had to rearrange extracurricular activities. After practically begging the service manager for either a loaner vehicle or a promise that my vehicle would be ready before the service center closed for the day…I was given neither option. The only thing I got from the service manager was…”let me go check with the technician and find out what’s going on and I’LL GIVE YOU A CALL BACK”…Do you think he called me back? Of course not…I had to (yet again) call back and get an update that my vehicle will be ready that day. More
