The service department is horrible and do not recommend. If you want to have your day wasted. They are the place for you. I had to experience poor service and rudeness. What made matters worse was they reprogrammed existing fobs instead of going to parts to get the part that the sales department ordered. I had to explain my reasoning for the appointment to 3 people and none of them told the actual person that was assigned to my service. So, what I came for didn't get done. When I asked about my actual service I got a nasty response from a advisor that wasn't mine that my appointment was closed. So, I needed to wait until they got to it which would he before they closed at 7. So I asked for my keys and the part, so I can go elsewhere. I was told good luck cause no one will be better than Bomnin. Due this experience, I will never step foot back on that lot. Nor, will I recommend that dealership to anyone because what happen should have never occurred. More

The service rep I interacted with this time just plain didn't care about me or her job. She may have uttered 11 words to me in our entire interaction, she just seemed to be in a terrible mood, and I was o didn't care about me or her job.
