I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The people are nice but the communication between employee and customer is lacking. Specifically with Able. I have been told multiple times that I would receive a follow up call… no one follows up until you call back wondering what’s going on. I got told it would take 1-2 weeks for a part to come in… after 3 weeks of radio silence I called in requesting an update. Was told I would receive a call back immediately. 4 days later I was still waiting and called back to be met with a slight attitude for not understanding that my part was on back order. How am I supposed to know this when no one communicates with me?I was also originally told that the dealership would be putting me up in a rental car until my car was fixed and they would be calling me the next morning to set that up. After receiving no phone call, I called back and they completely changed what they had said and advised that I would just have to drive my car around with the check engine light still on for god only knows how long. I will have no idea if there are any other issues with my car unless I take it in to have the check engine light code run every single day or god forbid one day it just completely breaks down. I am still driving a (still under warranty) car around that I do not feel safe in and this dealership could not care less. More

I took my car in for service and the staff were very courteous and professional. Roger made sure to keep me updated with the status of my car and was very transparent to inform me that the body shop had courteous and professional. Roger made sure to keep me updated with the status of my car and was very transparent to inform me that the body shop had accidently scratched my front bumper while installing a new grill. Roger made sure that it was repainted to match factory color and had my car detailed in a quick turnaround while guaranteeing lifetime satisfaction for the craftmanship on the work provided. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer. More
Tech didn’t believe my claim of smelling exhaust but still quoted me a repair. Was most likely nose blind to smell. Parts dept wouldn’t give me part information and said “we don’t give out part numbers” still quoted me a repair. Was most likely nose blind to smell.
