Paper mate left in car, plastic seat cover not removed. Grease on door kick. Charge 3.5 percent for using credit card, no pre notice on charge. Did not wash car like other dealers. Was not informed of a 3% fee for using a credit card before I arrived to pay for repairs performed by dealer. I really appreciate the efforts of Roger (counter) and Eddie ( mechanic - hopefully I have his name correct) - they were excellent. They were able to fit me in at a late afternoon timeframe when I decid Eddie ( mechanic - hopefully I have his name correct) - they were excellent.
