Normally service is excellent here. This time, not so much. Took 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation (I had a service appointment) and an additional hour to wash it. Then at checkout, they charged the wrong rate and got angry when I pointed it out (on their monitor/display they listed a $79 special yet they charged me 100+). They had the nerve to tell me the monitor/display was wrong and it hadn’t been updated in over a year. More

I've been waiting for a part to come in for about 3 weeks now. Everytime I call, they act like they are dumbfounded as to what I'm talking about, no one returns my call, paid for a part and it still hasn't a now.
