I purchased my 2017 Chevy Traverse from this dealership (formerly Manassas Chevrolet). I live in Springfield, VA about 24 miles away, but I have always brought my vehicle to Bomnin Chevrolet for service d (formerly Manassas Chevrolet). I live in Springfield, VA about 24 miles away, but I have always brought my vehicle to Bomnin Chevrolet for service due to their providing excellent customer service. The costs are most competitive, plus coupons make them even more so and they are always honored. The service consultants and the cashiers are professional, yet personable. And, the work is done correctly. One simple example is an oil change. I have had occurrences at other dealerships (non-GM) where the technicians were apparently in such a hurry that the old oil was not allowed to drain fully and so the stipulated refill amount of oil overfilled the oil pan by over a quart! My confidence in Bomnin is why I just had my wife's non-Chevrolet SUV serviced there. More

In the last two months I have came the dealer for tire repairs and have gotten poor service. In January, I came to the dealership after work for a leak in my tire around 4:30p and was told it was no techn repairs and have gotten poor service. In January, I came to the dealership after work for a leak in my tire around 4:30p and was told it was no technician to repair my tire and the shop closes at 7p and as I was walking up to the door I see technician in the shop throwing snow xxxxx. I tried to set an appointment and was told 5p would be too late for a repair… I ask for a manager and was told all of them was gone. I went over to the dealership side and talk to one of the managers and he found a technician to repair my tire. No paperwork was done. A month later I returned I think with the same tire with a hole in my tire. Around 10a, I talk to the same lady advisor who gave me the run around and I left my tire expecting to receive a call. I called the next day around 2p to get an update and the advisor wasn’t at work and didn’t pass any information forward to get my tire worked on. If I would not have called my tire would not have been fixed. I will never buy a car for this dealership and especially a tire warranty! More
