I spent $2,500 on having my vehicles front end fixed, come to find out, while I was driving down the highway with my family, the vehicle pulled to the left erratically, leaving me to have to steer the vehicle to the right. I have brand new tires and I cannot imagine that is good for the tires of vehicle. Most I was offered was a potential future discount. I have spent multiple hours out of my very busy work day to deal with an issue that should have been fixed properly from the start. More
Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They lie SO they can’t even keep their lies straight.
