My last two visits to this dealership for a service were among my worse service experiences ever. Both times, the expected services were not completed during the appointment time. My visit this week was in regards to a simple transmission flush that resulted in my car being there two days with no work being performed. I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and I will never return for either a service or to purchase my next truck. Horrible Service Team! More

I was told when I dropped the Tahoe off that the technician will probably not find anything wrong. Maybe we should look at it before making that assumption. The driver side mirror electronics were replaced after 2 visits to diagnose the issue. The passenger side mirror is making the exact same noise. Was told that is normal. I work in the automotive industry, I see allot of these vehicles and none of them make the binding noise. Spent allot of money on a vehicle that we love and that has had a few problems.
