Hi Bomnin team, My experience at Bomnin service, though I needed a lot of work on my car this past Monday and Tuesday (8-7-2023 and 8-8-2023), was excellent. Roger (Counter/Customer Service), Jeff (Techn I needed a lot of work on my car this past Monday and Tuesday (8-7-2023 and 8-8-2023), was excellent. I really appreciated all of their efforts and I trust your team. I have had excellent service in the several times I have been to Bomnin for service of my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I really appreciated the drop-off and pick up on the days of my service (Bill and Derek) and that Roger and Jeff were able to discover the car concerns that I needed to address and have fixed. The actual body work was good-happy with the repair but they charged me $400 over the agreed upon price. Your service is the worst ive ever recieved . It took 3 days to get a quote.. The first quote incuded 14.5 hours of labor for a transfer case when i brought this up it should be 3.8 hours servic It took 3 days to get a quote..
