The actual body work was good-happy with the repair but they charged me $400 over the agreed upon price. Your service is the worst ive ever recieved . It took 3 days to get a quote.. The first quote incuded 14.5 hours of labor for a transfer case when i brought this up it should be 3.8 hours servic It took 3 days to get a quote.. Then when the truck was fixed i was told the bill was 3900 dollars upon reviewing the bill 900 dollars was added for service that were not performed. Then i was billed for parts that i paid then your service department billed a second time to my warranty service aftef telling me the warranty company would nt cover. More
