My last two visits to this dealership for a service were among my worse service experiences ever. Both times, the expected services were not completed during the appointment time. My visit this week was in regards to a simple transmission flush that resulted in my car being there two days with no work being performed. I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and I will never return for either a service or to purchase my next truck. Horrible Service Team! More

I was told when I dropped the Tahoe off that the technician will probably not find anything wrong. Maybe we should look at it before making that assumption. I work in the automotive industry, I see allot of these vehicles and none of them make the binding noise. Spent allot of money on a vehicle that we love and that has had a few problems.
