Brought a vehicle in for recall service on a Thursday. Part came in on Monday but they called me on Tuesday that it may be more than the recall. Didn’t find out until Wednesday that they hadn’t even start Part came in on Monday but they called me on Tuesday that it may be more than the recall. After completing the recall they told me that other parts were damaged during the recall and tried charging me for them. Had to get corporate involved before those charges were removed from my bill. Would not go back to them for anything. More
