I arrived at 2:30pm for my vehicle inspection and was informed that it would be ready in approximately an hour. Took my car in for airbag light and two recalls. Dealership did not provide updates on service, had to reach out to them multiple times for updates even when service advisor promised to call me and Dealership did not provide updates on service, had to reach out to them multiple times for updates even when service advisor promised to call me and didn’t. Service advisor could not provide me with accurate etas and said it shouldn’t be long but actually took over a week for 8 diagnostic hours. Service advisor couldn’t provide me an update on when they would be able to get recall part, said recall part was in back order. Dealer tried to over charge me for service, told me it would be $500 charge but told me at the end it would be over $1k, then they tried to give me a small discount to make me feel better for them trying the bait and switch. Took my car to another Chevy dealership and they said they could get the recall part overnighted. Service advisor obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Dealer tried to up charge me for services not needed, asked multiple times to have my rotors replaced but I already had them replaced under 10k miles before. Finally once I got my car back the seat belt was not reconnected to car and they had to take back the car again ti quickly put it back together. Such a waste of money and time. Would not recommended this dealership! More

The air in one of tire were noted as low as as I was leaving to dealership. A 2019 car I no longer have was confused with the 2022 car actually that was brought to the dealership. I normally don't do reviews however, this dealership beat them all and gets an award for the "Worst Service Department" EVER. I've been driving for 50 years and bought many cars. This review is specificall them all and gets an award for the "Worst Service Department" EVER. I've been driving for 50 years and bought many cars. This review is specifically talking about Sales & Service Department. To start, I purchase a brand new truck ($100k), items were added to the sticker price and not even installed, the truck was not even clean. The worst part is the service department. My two front tires had to be replaced. It is still not finished since I purchased the truck in July, and I've been there more than a dozen times. They lie, make up stories, have you come with an appointment and do not fix the issue, don't test drive your vehicle, tell you "come back if not fixed" really? they don't provide loaners and could not care less. I will make sure to never buy another car from this dealership More
