I am terrible remembering names but I think it was Nicole, actually the entire service department, who was professional, competent and friendly. Returned to have the technician check it out and left a happy camper. I'll be back! More

The staff was super unprofessional. I ordered the car from there and the sales person Aladin didn’t know anything as he puts me on hold all the time as he needs to cross check things wi I ordered the car from there and the sales person Aladin didn’t know anything as he puts me on hold all the time as he needs to cross check things with Ivan, I’m supposing he’s the manager of the store. Buying the car from this dealership was a horrible experience and this is something I will never recommend to someone I know. Even when my car arrives, the sales person called me to pickup the car, I went to the dealership around 1 pm and came back home around 9pm like 8 hours is wayyyy too much for all the paperwork and polishing car like complete waste of my time. I wish I can give 0 star for the customer service provided, such a complex process More
I have been coming to this Chevy location for over 50 years. The service department is a stinking mess. I have had our Silverado in there for service of the electrical system 10 times (in 5 years). It st years. The service department is a stinking mess. I have had our Silverado in there for service of the electrical system 10 times (in 5 years). It still hasn't been fixed. The guys in the service department don't, and seems unwilling to go back and look at the past service invoices, in order to make the call that my truck has been in there way too many times. Every time I have brought (or towed) this truck in, I hear, "we had our best guy work on it" and "this should be the last time I need the repair". Every time I have brought it in, I have to agree to be charged $160.00 for a diagnostic fee to find out what the problem is. It ain't working. I have been in the restaurant business for 50+ years. I always tell my employees that when the guests have a minor problem, listen to them, and then fix it or come get me. What really pisses customers off is when you don't listen (actively). You will turn a minor problem into a big one, and usually, an expensive one. The Martins didn't run this dealership this way. They stood behind their sales and service. I just get excuses with these new guys. More
