Horrible Service!!! So I called Thursday to see about dropping my truck off the following week to be looked at on Wednesday they said no problem. I called up there Thursday because I haven’t heard anything for a couple days. Friday rolls around and my truck is still sitting in the lot haven’t even been looked at. I pick it Friday afternoon pissed off because I made an appt a week in advance and am now told they can’t look at it for another 5 days! I took the whole week off work to have my vehicle that I bought certified used at a Chevy dealership to be serviced. How would you feel is my question?? And this is not the first time this has happened it’s like the third. But it will be the last I will never bring my truck up to this place again and will NOT be purchasing my new Silverado in the future from these guys!!! Someone needs to be fired for this incompetence and no a loaner vehicle is not the solution I called up a week in advance to have my vehicle serviced what happens when someone comes in for an oil change does it take a full week??!!!! I’m still pissed off about this and yes my trucks check engine light is still on with a emission inspection due next month!!! More

Great Service after the SALE !!!! I recently purchased a new Tahoe from New Car Sales Rep, Vinny Nocera. After the sale, I noticed a few scratches on the right hand mirror. I brought I recently purchased a new Tahoe from New Car Sales Rep, Vinny Nocera. After the sale, I noticed a few scratches on the right hand mirror. I brought the vehicle back to Vinny who ensured me this would taking care of. They also noticed my state inspection sticker was several months old and renewed it for free while it was in service. They also installed an after market media center system which turned out great !! They mirror looked brand new after they cleaned it up. Once again, Vinny comes through with great folow up and customer care. I have never expereinced such great customer service from a new car dealership. Thank you again to Vinny and the entire service team at Bomnin !!! More

You can miss a lot when you rush The oil life was not reset. The next service sticker was not replaced. Did not fix the problem Took the car in for service I got a code saying camshaft p0011.p0010.p0013 told me my oil was low drove the car said everything was fine $200 charged Took the car in for service I got a code saying camshaft p0011.p0010.p0013 told me my oil was low drove the car said everything was fine $200 charged wow. picked up the car Drove it 10 minutes down the street car shut off 3 times took it back. Mechanic took me out for a road test told me I may need carbs cleaned. I cleaned the carbs myself and I had my camshaft solenoids changed myself car runs perfect. me doing the work my self I would never recommend anyone to go to Chevrolet in Manassas nor will I ever buy a car from there More

Oil Change/Rotation/Air Filter Came in for an early morning oil change, first appointment at 8 AM that day. Service Center opened promptly at 8am (I think it was a few minutes before to be honest) and my car was checked-in within just a few minutes. Total time in the shop was probably close to an hour and fifteen minutes, not the fastest it’s ever been done, but not problematic at all (and likely due to the air filter replacement). My service rep deserves some kudos - she was polite, kind, and helpful (not always easy to pull off at 8am!). All in all, a very good experience. I will continue to use this dealership for my vehicle maintenance. More
