Terrible service One hour and half waited for oil change with appointment, I have a confirmed appointment and the guy said I don’t find ur appointment!!!! Fabulous Service I recently had transmission issues and needed to have my transmission replaced. OnStar was wonderful in getting my car towed to Bomnin. She kept apprized of what was happening to my car. When my car was ready to be picked up, she had it washed and vacuumed. I will definitely be a return customer! More

Waited almost 6 hours for an oil change I had an appointment at 10 am Tuesday (6/26) and was asked by what time I needed the car and I said 12 in afternoon since I know an oil change usually I had an appointment at 10 am Tuesday (6/26) and was asked by what time I needed the car and I said 12 in afternoon since I know an oil change usually takes 1-2 hours at the Manassas Chevy. However, I never got a call back so I called at 2 pm and they said the car would be ready in 20 minutes then I show up at 2:30 and they said the car wasn't ready, just another 10 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for another hour or so until my car was ready at 3:30ish. Over 5 hours for an oil change and was being lied to about the time length everytime I asked. Also, I said I needed the car by a certain time and it wasn't valued. I haven't had the best service here always but nothing this bad. I wasn't treated the way I should have been by the service team and I didn't like the attitude they had when this problem wasn't my fault. I have had better service in the Fairfax chevy service team and will be taking my business there for now on. More
Horrible Service!!! So I called Thursday to see about dropping my truck off the following week to be looked at on Wednesday they said no problem. I called up there Thursday because I haven’t heard anything for a couple days. Friday rolls around and my truck is still sitting in the lot haven’t even been looked at. I pick it Friday afternoon pissed off because I made an appt a week in advance and am now told they can’t look at it for another 5 days! I took the whole week off work to have my vehicle that I bought certified used at a Chevy dealership to be serviced. How would you feel is my question?? And this is not the first time this has happened it’s like the third. But it will be the last I will never bring my truck up to this place again and will NOT be purchasing my new Silverado in the future from these guys!!! Someone needs to be fired for this incompetence and no a loaner vehicle is not the solution I called up a week in advance to have my vehicle serviced what happens when someone comes in for an oil change does it take a full week??!!!! I’m still pissed off about this and yes my trucks check engine light is still on with a emission inspection due next month!!! More
