Much better experience than my last visit here Last time I brought my truck her for service I waited for nearly 3 hours for an oil change. This time I made my appointment online and when I missed my appointment time I called and the service manager said I could still bring it over. I dropped it off early afternoon with the expectation of getting it done by 5pm. But just about an hour later it was ready for pickup, check out was fast, truck was waiting for me up front, and service manager even came out with me to point out a few things I didn't even realize the truck did. Overall I read pleasantly surprised at the good service and plan on returning for future service appointments. More

Awesome customer service! I brought my 17 Silverado in for an oil change. I did not buy it at Bomnin I got it at a used lot elsewhere, but I was treated like a lifetime custome I brought my 17 Silverado in for an oil change. I did not buy it at Bomnin I got it at a used lot elsewhere, but I was treated like a lifetime customer. I was expecting to pay over $100 for full synthetic and tire rotation but their price was only $79. Then to my surprise the service tech called to tell me that my vehicle qualified for one last free oil change so I paid $0! They didnt have to do that, but they did. Great integrity! I may not have been a Bomnin customer before, but I am now and will go to them when I purchase my next vehicle. More
