Were very polite for an issue on their part I came back for a check engine light that came on after getting an oil change for my Volt. Oil change, tire rotation My appointment was at 11 am and I waited for the service. They called and told me it was delayed by 20 mins. They told me I was the only oil change. I waited until 12:45 pm when I finally went to check on the status. When I went to get in the vehicle I thought at least it would have been run through the car wash, but i wasnt. I miss the dealership, Rudy Luther Brookdale Chevrolet (MN) where I had excellent service. Unfortunately I will not return to this dealership. This is my third visit. More

No calls and too long I dropped my car off 3 January and still have not gotten it back as of 4 Feb. I have had to call the dealership to get any information on my vehicle.
