Car was acting possessed My friend used my car for a month while I was out of the country. When I returned she had washed my key fob and was getting the car jumped several tim My friend used my car for a month while I was out of the country. When I returned she had washed my key fob and was getting the car jumped several times a week. It was doing some very odd things. The battery load tested fine a couple of times. The dealership got me in quickly and got me into a loaner car. After a day and a half my car had a new negative cable and post under a special type warranty or something. I didn’t have to pay for it. The key fob I did have to pay for and that was around $60. Programming it was going to be $50 but they didn’t have to put it in the compunevause my year, make and model of vehicle programmed the fob. Sadly, it’s still having issues two days later as it won’t start. Taking it back, getting a loaner and I’m confident it will be fixed this time. More

GM was contacted (warranty item) who informed dealer what course of action to take. The dealer did what was suggested and so for the problem was corrected. I was kept informed of what the dealer was doing each step. The service rep was kind and courteous. I gave four stars because in the service industry we should always strive for improvement. The car (Corvette) sells itself, what separates the men from the boys is SERVICE. Service brings back customers and spreads the word how you've been treated. You want to sell corvettes? pay attention to the little things. Sales Dept, I've had several Corvettes and its nice to find a salesman that knows about them, can answer questions. More
