Always great service. The one problem I had with the service this time was that I brought my own part. Was told if I didn't use a GM parts the warranty wouldn't be covered. However, two parts were used out of the timing chain kit I had.. I could have got a refund for that part if it wasn't used. Felt like something should have been deducted for that. More

The first time I went in for the repair, he noticed that the necessary part reserved for me was used fo Albee helped me with my recall repair service. The first time I went in for the repair, he noticed that the necessary part reserved for me was used for another customer. He was so apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We rescheduled for the following afternoon. I asked him for advice about a magnet backing and decal that has been on my car for years and wouldn’t come off. He helped me try to get some off with me at the time with a razor blade. When I brought my car in the next day, he told me he took it all off as I was checking out (without any cost). I am so grateful. More
