service writer and manager great. part for warranty work took longer to arrive than i thought it would. didn't know there was a convenience charge for credit card, it was waived by part for warranty work took longer to arrive than i thought it would. didn't know there was a convenience charge for credit card, it was waived by manager. failed to realign front end and had to bring it back. Only comment I would have is the cost, but I knew it would be expensive. I was finished in 2.5 hours which surprised me, I thought it would be much longer. Overall, I was happy. I was scheduled for an oil change, state inspection, and a service bulletin. The service advisor gave me an approximate time estimate. Service advisor Albert Sanchez was great, arrived a couple of minutes late. Told me not to worry brought in my vehicle immediately, offered coffee and advised me of other services my vehicle needed and couple of minutes late. Overall very professional and down to earth. I drive 60 miles to get my vehicle serviced at Bomnin Manassas. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else, they had my vehicle out in about an hour an a half. Highly recommend this place for not only a down to earth experience but also very professional staff.
