No hassle, no pressure to buy upsell products (just a polite ask would you like this or that.) We passed at least 3 Chevy dealers to get to Manassas but we did so because other family members had dealt with Ed before and had nothing but good things to say. More

Who's Afraid of Virginia...Dealership Manassas Chevrolet? There was a certain cordiality present at this dealership. The sales representative was flexible in his schedule to meet me at a revised appointed ho There was a certain cordiality present at this dealership. The sales representative was flexible in his schedule to meet me at a revised appointed hour (per my request) and he was available to assist me upon my arrival. He knew that I was interested in one particular car that I had seen on a well known website for car purchases. He had the car ready for me and focused his attention on that car only versus attempting to redirect me toward any alternative vehicle (change in trim, model, etc.) that could potentially be a more lucrative sale for him and/or the dealership. He informed me about the car's features and instructed me on its operation. We then test drove the car on both side streets and the highway so that I could get a pretty good feel of the car. I have mostly owned sedans and I kept questioning myself as to if I really needed that much car, and if the "base" trim level's comfort would be accepted by the members of my family. The sales rep. was patient. There was another customer interested in the same car who had come to the dealership after me and I was given the "right of first refusal", even though I took considerable time to decide about the car purchase. That really impressed me as to the integrity of the Manassas Chevrolet Dealership! I asked for a second look at the car. We went outside and the car had been courteously moved under a canopy as it had just started to rain. I walked around the car, sat in it once more, and I was convinced that it was the car that I wanted. The sales rep. and I returned to his office to review the cost of the car purchase. Considerable cost savings were to be realized with the cost of the car as it appeared on the website from the research that I had done. That price was honored by the dealership and with the addition of the customary processing fee (reasonable), freight, taxes and tags, we agreed to a final "out the door" price. Upon picking up the car, accompanied by my wife, the dealership efficiently facilitated her name to also be on the title. The sales rep. and I made a walk-a-round of the car, noted a couple of items and resolved the minor issues. The detailing crew had done a fine job of detailing this car!, which had been a "loaner" car at the dealership. And, off I went! I felt as though the Manassas Chevrolet employees and I comprised a "team" in making this transaction a success. AND, customer service from Manassas Chevrolet did not end there. I have since had questions regarding the car's operation and features and I have been provided with excellent support. More
