Oil Change/Rotation/Air Filter Came in for an early morning oil change, first appointment at 8 AM that day. Service Center opened promptly at 8am (I think it was a few minutes before to be honest) and my car was checked-in within just a few minutes. Total time in the shop was probably close to an hour and fifteen minutes, not the fastest it’s ever been done, but not problematic at all (and likely due to the air filter replacement). My service rep deserves some kudos - she was polite, kind, and helpful (not always easy to pull off at 8am!). All in all, a very good experience. I will continue to use this dealership for my vehicle maintenance. More

Whatever questions I had concerning the Camaro he knew the answer. Once I selected the vehicle I wanted he told me the Finance person Austin would be out to take over. Austin was very helpful I told him what I needed my monthly note to be and he stayed in that range. The day I came in it started raining and I was not able to get my car washed Muhammad told me to come back whenever I was free to get my car washed. I came in May 26 and Muhammad remembered me to my surprise he asked for my keys put on tag frame got my car nice and clean and told me to enjoy my new car. I was very impressed with the service and the professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you Bomnin Chevrolet of Manassas for treating me like family.
