did not have the competence to repair a recall I received a recall letter in mail presented the letter to the chevy dealership in Manassas Virginia service front dek, they booked me appointment at I received a recall letter in mail presented the letter to the chevy dealership in Manassas Virginia service front dek, they booked me appointment at 1 pm on Saturday 22 August i brought the car to front desk at 12 30. At 2 pm, i asked front desk but no repair yet. I was told another hour so i checked at 3 pm, was told they were short on mechanics then the man came back said the re programming machine timed out. The recall letter stated i i will be in the dealership for 30 minutes but i was there from 12 30 to 3 pm and they still could not re program my Spark per the recall letter. I am very dissapppinted at this substandard dealership service department and how they showed their lack of technical competence in repairing a Chevy wide recall cited on the recall letter i received in the mail. They did not even care to follow up with me after i left the dealership to see how they can be professional in addressing the Spark recall letter!!! More

Kept our deposit of $500 even though it was fully refundable. Never took ownership or delivery of the vehicle. Think they can make you jump through hoops to try and get your money back. Even the General Manager is supporting this fraudulent practice, his name is Michael Martin and we are going to take him to small claims court. Never in 45 years have I had such a dishonest and disingenuous dar buying experience! Don't buy a car here. Crooks!! Buyer beware! More
