Service - BOSS Level I went to the dealership because of a deal I was advertised via email/call from Rod. Immediately approached by sales rep Muhammad, I was trying to pus I went to the dealership because of a deal I was advertised via email/call from Rod. Immediately approached by sales rep Muhammad, I was trying to push him off by saying im here to hear about the email offer. He explained what it was about and asked me who I came to see (most reps don't care and just try and get the sale). I told him the rep name but said he can show me to the vehicle. After browsing a few options of what I was looking for I was going to leave but he insisted on a test drive to make sure if I move forward that it the right car; test drive was very smooth so I went inside to talk numbers. Long story short, the entire crew from Manager James Cubbage, Muhammad Shaikh, and Mr. Finance Austin Chamness, were amazing and made sure I had the best experience at a dealership, which I did. I never left a review for a dealership because my experiences were sub par but this one was THE BEST! More

The team was easy to work with and the management was very friendly. I'm a very impatient person and I was in and out in about 3 hours. To me that's a smooth transaction.
