Ahmed was awesome throughout the entire car buying process. Word to the wise (speaking from experience) do not buy from Lindsay of Woodbridge... The dealers at Lindsay promised that they could get me an OTD price that would be much better than Bomnin's. Based on that assurance, I drove to Lindsay. Once I arrived at Lindsay, it was 5.5hrs of haggling to get the price that I had been promised. After signing paperwork, they tried to make their money back in financing to the tune of almost $8000. The GM for the site sat down with me towards the end of my visit and explained why they were trying to extort money from me...at that point I just got up and left. More

Fabulous Service I recently had transmission issues and needed to have my transmission replaced. OnStar was wonderful in getting my car towed to Bomnin. Waited almost 6 hours for an oil change I had an appointment at 10 am Tuesday (6/26) and was asked by what time I needed the car and I said 12 in afternoon since I know an oil change usually I had an appointment at 10 am Tuesday (6/26) and was asked by what time I needed the car and I said 12 in afternoon since I know an oil change usually takes 1-2 hours at the Manassas Chevy. However, I never got a call back so I called at 2 pm and they said the car would be ready in 20 minutes then I show up at 2:30 and they said the car wasn't ready, just another 10 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for another hour or so until my car was ready at 3:30ish. Over 5 hours for an oil change and was being lied to about the time length everytime I asked. Also, I said I needed the car by a certain time and it wasn't valued. I haven't had the best service here always but nothing this bad. I wasn't treated the way I should have been by the service team and I didn't like the attitude they had when this problem wasn't my fault. I have had better service in the Fairfax chevy service team and will be taking my business there for now on. More
