HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH ACTUAL INTEGRITY! I enjoyed working with Ed Dennington to buy my new 2017 Chevrolet Volt Premier. After losing my Prius to a young 19 y.o. driver, I researched and dec I enjoyed working with Ed Dennington to buy my new 2017 Chevrolet Volt Premier. After losing my Prius to a young 19 y.o. driver, I researched and decided on the Volt. Ed took the time to fully explain the vehicle's features, educate us on some things we did not know, and assure us we would truly love our Volt. He even managed to survive my wife's front seat passenger, side-seat driver, white knuckle point of view...equals SAINT! Now, after almost a week, I am loving it! Purchase of new/used truck My husband and I had the pleasure of going to the dealership this past week-end to try to get help figuring out exactly what type of truck we needed t My husband and I had the pleasure of going to the dealership this past week-end to try to get help figuring out exactly what type of truck we needed to be able to haul a toy hauler trailer. We were lucky to meet Kerry who was very helpful and wanted to make certain we got exactly we needed to suit our needs. He asked Jeremy, truck specialist to come and help do a mock order to see what the exact cost would be for a new vehicle. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about what the towing capacity would need to be, engine size, deisel or not, etc. After we had received a mock order, we were told of one truck on the lot that was just brought in, only 5 months old and would appear to suite our needs, was available and we were welcome to take a look. Low and behold, it was perfect! Made the deal, signed the papers and ended up with far more than our own special order vehicle would have included! Thrilled to have met both Kerry and Jeremy and would recommend them and the dealership to anyone needing a truck! More

My rapport was instant with Charlie as he was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because of his technician background, the test drive became a technical discussion about the car specifications and performance. It helped me narrow down the car choice as the right one for my daughter's car. Great buying experience!! After looking for a new Mini van, we found one online at Manassas Chevy. We stopped by to look and get more information, working with Charlie. He was very easy to work with and made this a really pleasant experience. He was helpful and there was no feeling of being "pressured". After getting more information and stopping by a second time for a test drive with Charlie, we decided to go forward. On a third visit we discussed trade-in and financing. They were able to meet what I wanted for the trade in and also beat the financing I already had from my credit union. Overall this was a very good experience and I would be a return customer to the dealership and would work with Charlie again. (especially for that truck we also looked at) :-) Thanks!
