Terrible sales staff To keep this brief, the title says it all. The salesman Felix was inattentive and constantly running off for 15-30 minutes at a time. When we test dro To keep this brief, the title says it all. The salesman Felix was inattentive and constantly running off for 15-30 minutes at a time. When we test drove our vehicle he didn’t even try to explain it or it’s features. We had a small child and were left sitting in the lobby while Felix left to talk to another couple that had just walked in. He didn’t really sell us on the car, but we already had an idea of what we wanted. After we purchased the car I had to take our child home and left my wife to finish the sale. She explained when she got home that Felix had pressured her into giving him a 5 star review even though she didn’t want to, and he basically stared over her shoulder while she did it. On top of all this they also quoted a higher price than was agreed upon by cutting our GM rebate in half. This would’ve cost us an additional $750 and was only caught after we were about to leave without purchasing. For those who aren’t familiar with the car dealer world, this tactic is a sign of them trying to rip off customers who don’t know any better. I don’t recommend this dealer at all. The only reason we purchased from them was because we already knew we wanted the vehicle. More
