2019 Traverse Purchase Fair vehicle pricing but purchase took over 4.5 hours after we selected a vehicle. Each trip to the manager during negotiations took 20+ minutes. After two hours of negotiating it took over an hour to even start doing paperwork, Another hour to do the paperwork and another 30 minutes to wait for the car to come out of detailing. I purchased a vehicle last year from another dealer and I drove off the lot with the new car 45 minutes after I got there and that included appraising and trading in my old car! Bomnin had already appraised my trade in on a prior visit. All of the paperwork is provided on a USB stick. I requested they also print a paper copy but said they couldn't do that for me. So I have to print my own copies from home. Overall, we are happy with our purchase but the purchase process was long and tedious. More

Great experience, even after purchasing a truck! Great experience from start to finish. The sales team was helpful and answered all of my questions. After I bought the truck, they had to install running boards and they gave me a loaner vehicle, then delivered my vehicle to me. Also, when I arrived to the dealership, they were cooking out and invited me to have a burger! Seems like it would even be a great place to work. The only negative thing that I have to say is that no one thoroughly explained OnStar, the infotainment center or any other features. Not a huge deal. I’m slowly figuring it out but it would’ve been helpful if someone explained it to me. Other than that, everything was great!! Great job! More
