Service performed was excellent, but the logistics of dropping off the car, picking it up, and estimated service time were not shared properly. In the future I need to call for the appointment instead of dropping off the car, picking it up, and estimated service time were not shared properly. Sales and finance process okay, but after-sale experience VERY poor. Salesman did not take any time to explain operating features of new Silverado. He did not help me setup phone or on-line register the vehicle. His attempt to setup Onstar was unsuccessful as well. I had to rely on the operating manual to learn how to utilize the truck features. By the way, the operating manual is very weak and only outlines basic features. You have to download the full operating manual from a website and print it yourself which I discovered on my own. The saleman did not tell me about that either. Seems like if you buy a $60,000 truck they would give you a printed operating manual... More

They charged me $185 for diagnostic but wanted me to pay another $185 for another diagnostic whiles the vehicle was already in their shop. A business this size charges 3% surcharge on credit card payment, another $185 for another diagnostic whiles the vehicle was already in their shop.
