Our experience was great although it was a LONG process. I liked that Alan and Jonathan were patient and worked with us and gave us options, ultimately, allowing us to make the decisions on how to proceed. Black 2024 $100K C8 Stingray in the shop for its first service/oil change. I keep the car in my garage always clean and shiny. C8 returned to me with Oil and Grease stains on the right rear quarter pane service/oil change. I keep the car in my garage always clean and shiny. C8 returned to me with Oil and Grease stains on the right rear quarter panel where the mechanic did his work. Obviously no understanding of adding a cover over the quarter panel for protection. To include the car returned to me showing no tire pressure indications on either of the four tires. Recommend a focus session, come to Jesus meeting from the service leadership reminding employees the importance of protecting the paint and body of the vehicle when conducting maintenance. Also, a quality control review post maintenance of each car before returning to the customer. Unsatisfactory! More
