The warranty took care of the problem right away. The representative was great. The cons it's I had to wait 2 weeks for the diagnosis and to "fix" the check engine light problem. After a day the car check engine light was on again and car was turning off. I went again to the dealer and another problem was diagnosed and fixed. My car it's working fine since then. No loaner car was given those 2 weeks nor the second time. Customer service was good and everything was explained. More
