My car broke down on Tuesday night on the stretch. It’s a little over a year old. Had it towed to Wheatons in Key Largo. They did the diagnostic and it was related to fuel pump. Called Bomnin Chevro It’s a little over a year old. Had it towed to Wheatons in Key Largo. They did the diagnostic and it was related to fuel pump. Called Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland where I bought it and was told by 2 different people to bring it there it is under warranty. Had it towed back to the mainland to Bomnin Homestead today. They called me back and said it’s not under warranty. Basically said I must have heard them wrong. Explained that 2 different people told me it was under warranty. Explained they called me and no I didn’t have their names and to check the system. Well surprise their system doesn’t work like that. So that created this 🤬. So I went off a bit/a lot-technicality. They still never fixed a part that they told me was ordered 6 months ago. So now towing the car back to Wheatons-which is a good thing because I do like them. 🤬Bomnin. Please do not purchase a car/SUV from them or have any repairs done there. The absolute worst and the technician I spoke with didn’t give one xxxx about customer service. Oh but I do have his name and his supervisor. But of course supervisor was not available to talk to me and when I called back went to voicemail. I will do all I can to reach people to not go there.
