The worst experience I have had with a dealership and I have worked in the industry for many years. Their service department is terrible. Advisor Jason is the worst at communicating and did not listen to m have worked in the industry for many years. Their service department is terrible. Advisor Jason is the worst at communicating and did not listen to my request. A regular maintenance that should have taken a few hours turned into them having my car for a month. Instead of giving me an idea of what needed to be done in regard to some noises and a shifting issue, he ordered parts, scheduled an appointment with an adjuster, and started warranty claims. Because they had already started the process, I just let them finish. I was finally told my car was ready for pick up. I went in to pay and they had quoted me the wrong over the phone. So I ended paying more than expected. However, I paid and proceeded to my car. My husband checks the car prior to leaving and it was doing the same exact thing they stated they fixed. We went and spoke to Juan the Manager and he asked us to leave the car an extra day and they would make it right. We also made our frustrations over our experience and their lousy customer service skills known as well and he stated he would look into it. Stated they recorded all calls in and out and would pull the calls. Which Im pretty sure he did not. Im all for protecting the brand but you gotta step in and deal with your inexperienced staff. Next day we get a call the car is ready and they even washed it for us! Went in after work and guess what? SAME ISSUE! However this time around we had noone to complain to. We left the car again. I also texted Juan and let him know what was going on and that I would be in the next morning. 2/3/23 at 7 am we get to the dealership and I go straight to Juan. He asked what was going on. I tell him, and he says let's go take a look. He gets in the car with my husband and he shows him that after multiple times of shifting into gears the car hits. It shifts really hard. Juan states this is normal. How is it normal if It was not bad when we purchased it 7 months ago. My husband has a beat up 2005 project truck that shifts better than this. But Juan was dead set that this is normal. Frustrated and having to get to work we took the car. Needless to say the car is having the same issue and my alignment is totally OFF! Mind you the receipt shows an alignment had been completed. My car drifts all the way to the right! Don't let the positive reviews fool you, alot of them are fake. Check the other review pages and you will find alot of the same complaints. They are billing warranty and are not completing the jobs correctly. They are costing customers more money after they visit here. Again, I am not just a regular patron. I have been in this business and know the ins and outs and what is expected. We are going to try one more time to get our issues addressed and if they continue to give us the run around TRUST this will be escalated all the way up to the State of Florida. More
