It takes two days for a diagnostic now they kept the car five days and now I have a sound under my dash that I didn’t have before they replaced the air conditioner. It used to be that they would call you and talk to you about your vehicle but now you have to text if you want, a response to me that’s not very professional. I have been taking my car to that Chevrolet place in Homestead since Blake Chevrolet, which was 21 years ago I will be finding me a new dealer to work on my car because the service is little to be desired. i’m still going to address that noise under my dash I just don’t want to have to rent a car for another week because it takes two days for a diagnostic. It never took that long before and this dealership has been sold to three different people and This last visit is by far the worst. More
Watch out for these scammers, they will get you to return your lease/ sale your car and then charge you more than the deal you had with time. But of course Rene Tejera and his manager Henry are used car sales man, I should have known the stigma continues. I went the past Wednesday 4/17 to purchase a car I had seen online. The sales price was $20,490, when I went to the dealer and spoke to Rene Tejera I told him my budget was $20,000 all in, he said he needed to confirm with his manager, his manager came to greet me and I mentioned I needed to return my lease the next day in order to purchase the car, so that I was going to come back the next day to purchase the car only if we could agree on $20,000 all in, he said yes and we shook on it. The next day I texted back and forth and confirmed with Rene the mode of payment $5,000 in credit card and $15,000 in personal check was an acceptable form of payment and he confirmed. Thursday 4/18 in the morning I returned my lease and had my father drive me an hour to Bonmin Chevrolet Homestead. I arrived to the dealer at 8pm after various texts with Rene and the hand shake from manager. When I sat with Rene for what I thought was going to be a quick transaction, he said the amount I owed him for the car was $25,000. The manager that was there Fausto Pacheco completely dismissed the situation and told me to come back the next day. Zero customer service . He definitely knew I was returning my leased car, as such was carless and was counting on this car to drive my son to school and go to work the next day. He definitely tried to take advantage of the situation and my need to have a car. Neither him nor his manager cared about the deal we had struck and their word.. More
