I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Bomnin Cadillac of Nanuet was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn other buyers. The salesperson had very limited knowledge of the vehicle and failed to point out what turned out to be a major issue for my family: the second-row seats only move forward about six inches, making third-row access extremely difficult. For a full-size family SUV, and with a growing family, this was a critical feature that was never properly explained or demonstrated. The day after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted the dealership to explain the problem and ask for help. I reached out repeatedly and tried to work through multiple departments, but no one would return my calls or provide any meaningful assistance. When I finally did get responses, they were dismissive and unhelpful. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service after the sale. With a new baby due any day and a vehicle that clearly wasn't practical for our family's needs, I wasn't asking for a free pass—I was simply looking for a dealership willing to work with me on a reasonable solution. Instead, I was met with silence, indifference, and, at times, outright rudeness. I spoke with several other dealerships in Rockland County during this process, and every one of them showed more empathy and professionalism than Bomnin Cadillac. Even if they couldn't solve the problem, they tried to help. Bomnin did not. Buying a Cadillac should feel like a premium experience. Unfortunately, this was anything but. The lack of product knowledge, poor communication, and complete absence of post-sale support left me regretting my decision almost immediately. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. Integrity and customer service matter, especially when problems arise, and in my experience, Bomnin Cadillac of Nanuet failed on both counts. I only wish I had walked away before signing the paperwork. More
